Please join us in celebrating Tom's birthday on Saturday, June 19 from 4-8PM at the Clubhouse at 255 North Road in Chelmsford Village. We're anxious to hear your favorite story of escapades with Tom, times you shared, or maybe a dirty joke he told you!

New Assignment for Tom Jones

Tom had back surgery on February 7, 2013 and struggled with recovery for over a month. He was in and out of the hospital and rehab but could not fight a battle with pneumonia that started this week. Today, he passed away at the age of 77. He's on a new assignment now, free of pain and watching over us. He will be missed by friends and family and especially by his beloved Bart.

Tom Jones - My Dad



Whenever I say my Dad is Tom Jones (or the Postmaster looks at the address on my package I'm sending to Dad), this is who they immediately think of.....guess that's not too shabby. My Tom Jones is just as cool.
